We are committed to reducing upstream plastic waste by ensuring we prioritise suppliers who fit the guidelines we have stated below:

  • We will prioritise suppliers who demonstrate a commitment to reducing plastic waste and packaging in their production processes, transport and packaging.
  • We will aim to use suppliers who prioritise sustainable packaging materials including those that are biodegradable, compostable, recyclable or recycled.
  • We will collaborate with suppliers to minimise plastic waste through the supply chain as products travel from the supplier to TOPUP TRUCK to the consumer.

Organic farming

We aim to support sustainable agricultural practices and promote all organic produce

  • Use suppliers who are credited by an approved UK organic control body such as the Soil Association Certification Limited
  • Source ingredients from farms that prioritise avoiding man-made fertilisers, pesticide, growth regulators and livestock feed additives.
  • Support agricultural producers who employ environmentally friendly practices.
  • Educate and help suppliers learn and transition to organic farming if they aren’t certified yet.

  • Give priority to sourcing products and ingredients from local suppliers and producers in or near London.
  • Building strong relationships with local suppliers built on transparency and fair business practice.
