Our organic balsamic is a dark, concentrated, and intensely flavoured true balsamic vinegar, made for us traditionally in Modena, Italy, by one of the oldest and most respected family-owned vinegar manufacturers. Our balsamic vinegar is Vegan and registered with the Vegan Society. Perfect for making dressings and marinades and drizzling over salads, roasted vegetables or strawberries.
